Roy Chan graduated from the Vancouver Career College. He has almost 10 years of Personal Training experience where he also helped focus on common pain issues such as lower back pain and shoulder pain by providing fascial stretching and corrective exercise programs.
His passion is to help people create a healthy balance in their lives either by relieving physical pain, and stress or simply by a relaxation massage. His focus is on the prevention, rehabilitation, and maintenance of those conditions and injuries. He aims to educate his patients to adopt self-care, into their daily lives and to progressively reach a point of living pain-free. Roy also focuses on Sports Massage Treatment for patients who enjoy playing badminton, tennis, golf, marathon running etc. Designing a specific recovery program help the athletic jumping into training program as fast as possible.
He uses techniques such as general Swedish massage, neuromuscular techniques, myofascial release, various stretching techniques, and joint mobilizations to address individual patient’s needs.
